Origami is the ancient art of Japanese paperfolding. Visit the beautiful Japanese Garden to experience the joy of this traditional Japanese art form. Learn a wonderful pastime that stimulates the brain and relaxes the mind.

Activities Schedule (included with paid admission):
10:15am to 3:15pm: Performance Origami by Michael Sanders; and Practical Origami Instruction
10:30am, 11:30am, 12:30pm: Storytelling with Origami Faeries
11:00am to 1:00pm: Origami Kids2Kids; and Teachers Origami Resource Center

Chill out in the air-conditioned Lobby and view:
- Origami Art Exhibit
- Videos featuring origami basic folds, advanced models and paper crane instruction
- Practical Uses of Origami Display

Enjoy tea and cookies ($3) in the Shoin Building overlooking the lake.

Browse in the Gift Shop for cards, presents and souvenirs.
