The Kebnshokai Iaido Dojo of Little Tokyo will be demonstrating traditional Japanese swordsmanship at this year's Nisei Week Festival on Sunday August 20th at 11:00 am on the JACCC Plaza stage.

The demonstration will feature several schools of swordsmanship to include styles almost never seen by the public. The demonstration concludes with live test cutting.

The Kenshokai Dojo holds classes in traditionial forms of Iaido each week. The purpose of Iaido is to unify the mind, body, and spirit through the precise techniques of swordsmanship. The goal is to improve the life of the practitioner by enhancing their focus, concentration and alertness through practice and discipline.
