The Kebnshokai Iaido Dojo of Little Tokyo will be demonstrating traditional Japanese swordsmanship at this year's Nisei Week Festival on Sunday August 20th at 11:00 am on the JACCC Plaza stage.
The demonstration will feature several schools of swordsmanship to include styles almost never seen by the public. �The demonstration concludes with live test cutting.�
The Kenshokai Dojo holds classes in traditionial forms of Iaido each week. �The purpose of Iaido is to unify the mind, body, and spirit through the precise techniques of swordsmanship. �The goal is to improve the life of the practitioner by enhancing their focus, concentration and alertness through practice and discipline.
