At BOOKOFF Group we want to be a company which keeps on creating a new style business, in deepening confidence among staff while understanding the value of hard work
I started numerous businesses, in which I experienced both success and failure. I learned through my experience that a company should be a public entity, and unless its employees are happy, it would not be able to survive. People tend to thick of a job simply as a means to earn a living. Many will endure hard ships at work and focus more on enjoying their private lives. It is a pity that more people do not look at their work as something that enriches their lives on the whole. It is my belief that a job provides the environment for people to realize their aspirations, and the company, or store, is the venue that makes this possible. After, we find hollow slogans that claims to put customers first. At BOOKOFF, it is because employees and staff members are happy that they are able to take care of their customers and create a pleasant atmosphere. We dare to put employees first, because we believe that is what truly leads them put customers first. I'm the last years of the 20th century, so-called bubble economy emerged as a result of big egos and greed. It represented an age when people didn't want to sweat, leaving tiresome work to others. Sitting around thinking of ways to make money was the mode. It seems to me that the 'restructuring' and bankruptcy of companies that we see today are the heavy price we are paying for our past follies. We take pride in showing the world that it is a noble act to work hard for the group. Our mission, to contribute to the local community, and to pursue the material and spiritual happiness of employees is our number one priority. By doing so, we hope to become a company that can work hard for others - a company that is indispensable to society in the 21st century.
