The Okinawa Association of America is managed by 15 elected Board of Directors. At annual membership meetings the members elect seven or eight Directors each year for a two-year term and a President for a two-year term. Two Vice Presidents, a Secretary, a Treasurer, and Chairs of the committees are appointed by the Board.
