Take the 405 Freeway South to the Jamboree Exit.

Take Jamboree Boulevard west (towards the beach) for approximately 5 miles till it crosses Pacific Coast Highway, down a hill and ends on Balboa Island!

An Island Institution for decades!
This is where Balboa Island locals hang in the wee morning hours before work, enjoying coffee and donuts. There's nothing like closing the deal on that $1.4 million villa overlooking the Wedge while munching on an apple fritter. Or a blueberry muffin.
