Chef Maruyama has over 27 years of experience, and have worked with Nobu Matsuhisa for 19 years. Each day, chef Maruyama creates an Omakase menu based on the finest-quality ingredients available from Japan. You can visit Katsu during any season and will find an ever changing seasonal Omakase using classic Japanese technique.
