Katsu offers an authentic Japanese Edomae-style Omakase experience for every guest. With only eight seats right in front of the chef’s table, guests will enjoy a personalized attention from the talented chef-owner Katsu Maruyama. Chef Maruyama has over 27 years of experience, and have worked with Nobu Matsuhisa for 19 years. Each day, chef Maruyama creates an Omakase menu based on the finest-quality ingredients available from Japan. You can visit Katsu during any season and will find an ever changing seasonal Omakase using classic Japanese technique.
