Sushi Note brings you the thoughtful sushi creations of Head Chef Kiminobu Saito partnered with a curated wine list inspired to bring a new level of enjoyment to this classic cuisine. Sushi Note features a supplemental rotating Japanese Market Fish menu that offers a truly unique dining experience in the heart of Ventura Blvd. Traditional, comfortable & authentic.

To maximize the number of guests we seat each night, we require a $10 deposit per guest to make a reservation. This deposit will then be reflected off your Sushi Note bill at the end of your dining experience. Tock Gift Cards may be used for the deposit only.
