Sushi Note brings you the thoughtful sushi creations of Head Chef Kiminobu Saito partnered with a curated wine list inspired to bring a new level of enjoyment to this classic cuisine. Sushi Note features a supplemental rotating Japanese Market Fish menu that offers a truly unique dining experience in the heart of Ventura Blvd. Traditional, comfortable & authentic.

To maximize the number of guests we seat each night, we require a $10 deposit per guest to make a reservation. This deposit will then be reflected off your Sushi Note bill at the end of your dining experience. Tock Gift Cards may be used for the deposit only. We cannot accept Tock Gift Cards at the restaurant.
