Curry House Restaurants is a division of House Foods America Corporation (HFAC). HFAC is composed of three operations. Its core operation is the manufacturing and distribution of Tofu products. The second operation is the importing of processed foods, which are manufactured by its parent company, House Foods Corporation, Japan (HFC). House Foods is not only Japan's largest packager of spices, it manufactures and sells processed cooking preparations. These preparations include our popular curry and stew mixes.
Curry House Restaurants is the third operation of HFAC. These restaurants have been in business for 35 years. Our first location opened in 1983 in the heart of downtown Los Angeles in Little Tokyo. From Cupertino in Northern California to Cypress in Southern California, we now have 8 Curry House restaurant locations.
