"Inside" are emotions that are expressed in how we think, act, and speak. What is seen on the "outside" are what the Buddha calls the 3 Poisons of Greed, Anger, and Ignorance.

Can we identify these emotions and how they are expressed?

Can we control them?

What suffering do they cause us?

All are welcome! Sunday, September 25, 2016 the Buddhist Education Committee welcomes everyone to this enlightening Dharma Discussion. This will be an interactive and informal session. Come join us at 11:30 AM for lunch followed by the discussion from Noon to 1:30 pm in the classrooms in the church.

Discussion and lunch are FREE, but you must RSVP by Sept. 23 to: [email protected] or leave a message at 510-471-2581. We will need a ball park count on how many to plan on for lunch. In an attempt to "be green," we ask that you bring your own cup or mug.
