You are invited to OCO Mochitsuki Taikai at Tanaka Farms.   NO Potluck this year but please bring bento for your family to enjoy!

• Come early to enjoy loco moco cooked by Clay and The Crew! (serving the first 700!)
• Watch the competition Pound Off Challenge and cheer on your favorite JA organization as they compete to see who can make the best kagami mochi.
• And you must pound and make mochi if you want to have good luck for the New Year!
• If you pound, you form that mochi and take home with you
• Don't miss out on this great family tradition!

This is your event! Don't wait to be asked to help out, do so like you would at your bachan's house! And if you are asked to help, do so with enthusiasm!

Schedule
7:00 am to 8:30 am: Loco Moco prepared by The Crew (only serving the first 700!)
7:00 am to 9:00 am: Pound Off Challenge (invited teams only)
9:00 am to 12:00 pm: (or until run out of mochigome) - Open to everyone to pound
9:50 am: Welcome from OCO President Shannon Olsen
9:55 am: Words from Consul General Sone
10:00 am to 11:00 am: OCO Taiko Performance
11:00 am: Pound Off Challenge Awards
12:30 pm: Clean up
