Celebrate Hanamatsuri-the Flower Festival and birth of the Buddha.  Our special feature this year is a performance and demonstration by LA's Senshin Buddhist Temple's Kinnara Gagaku, Bugaku Taiko group-ancient music performed in the Imperial Court of Japan. Discover Buddhist taiko drumming, floral altar, Japanese classical dancers, martial arts demo, children’s games, talks on Buddhist practice, meditation with shakuhachi (Japanese bamboo flute), sumi-e brush painting exhibits, Japanese food, farmers market, garden booth and boutique with craft items. 

Free admission, free parking.
