Join us for a day of fun devoted to wish-making! Tanabata celebrates the meeting of two heavenly lovers, Orihime and Hikoboshi, who only come together once a year and whose meeting grants earthly wishes.

Enjoy a host of activities:

Japanese Style Storytelling - Kamishibai
Tanabata art activities
Performance by Minyo Station, a contemporary Japanese folk music group
Gift Shop
Tea and Cookies offered in the Shoin Bldg. (extra charge will apply)
