Japanese Food Festival - The ultimate gourmet experience of Japanese foods and cultures.

The participants will discover new tastes of genuine Japanese foods. Attendees will see an endless array of Japanese foods and drinks including sushi, sashimi, ramen, soba, takoyaki, yakitori, tempura, curry, beer, sake, shochu, tea, and much more. Exhibitors will be demonstrating and presenting their finest foods/drinks and assisting you to enjoy Japanese tastes and cultures. The event will include a big tuna filleting show. Six-foot-long giant tuna will be cut into fillets in front of the audience which only highly trained sushi chefs can perform this task. Sushi eating contest and live Japanese music will be also presented.
