Grab your `ukulele, or purchase one at the Expo, and bring a few friends to put Los Angeles on the `ukulele map! JACCC and its resident `ukulele cafe - U-Space - present the Ukulele Play-Along World Record Attempt for largest `ukulele ensemble, led by GRAMMY winners Tia Carrere and Daniel Ho.

*Registration for the World Record Attempt begins at 9:30am.

This year's world record attempt will use the song "Pua I Ka Ua" which is from Tia and Daniel's Grammy winning CD "Huana Ke Aloha." It has two chords (F and C) so it is easy to learn.

This video teaches you the chords and a basic strum for "Pua I Ka Ua," the Official Song for the L.A. UKULELE EXPO 2015 World Record Attempt for largest `ukulele ensemble. For Info and Song Sheet, Visit: LAukuleleEXPO.com and Join us on APRIL 18, 2015! Tia Carrere sang this song and won a GRAMMY for the album Hauana Ke Aloha. She'll be leading us in singing and playing a sped up version of the song along with the composer of the song and fellow GRAMMY winner Daniel Ho. Tia and Daniel will also play a short concert after the world record attempt. The event is FREE and takes place at the JACCC Plaza in Little Tokyo, Los Angeles. Join us on April 18th 2015. 9:30am registration and 11:30 program start.
